One of the cheapest, if not THE cheapest, characters I have ever seen. Try to hurt her, and she summons a pillar to harm you where you stand. While you can hurt her, she only takes regular damage through OHKO attacks. If you manage to bring her down to low health, she will regain all of her health. I know she has been defeated before, but I do not know how to do it. Outside of the WinMugen community, this character is the top tier.

This guy fights similar to Me and the Boys, summoning the other CarRangers whenever their meter is full, and only one button (X) controls his own attacks, aside from the Z button that activates his car hyper.

You'll be seeing over 2/3 of your health being taken by Tiger Shots, and quarters of your health being taken by regular attacks and specials. Also like the game, however, sometimes his attacks will miss completely. This Sagat is named after his episode of Boss Rage.

In an alternate universe, Big Bird became so triggered over the death of Mr. Hooper that he ascended to godhood and reached a Power level of over 9000. Being a spriteswap of Kakarotto ssj8, a very cheap character in its own right, Big Bird's attacks are incredibly overpowered and flashy, with a significant number of them being OHKOs and almost as many granting Big Bird full invincibility for the entire duration of said attacks.

The seventh boss of Capcom's The King of Dragons. Consists of six spiders, with only one of the six being fully controllable. The others are auto A.I. and will attack at random. Hurting the other spiders will only do one third of the damage, while hurting the main spider will deal full damage. Since this is a boss character, this character can be rather cheap.
