Pretty solid A.I., great sprites, and a very unique fighting style! I don't know what else to say, other than this fulfilled the hype!
-
A really lovely stage, and it goes well with this song:
-
The sprites are definitely adorable (though they're creepy when it gets to its second phase), but gameplay wise this is very good. The hitboxes are weird, and if it gets KOed, it does not register as a KO. The sprites are the only good thing about this character.

Red Cyclone was Lardo Rat before Lardo Rat. Farting and burping in his opponents' faces, focusing a lot on grappling, and overall being rather obscene in performance. Plus, like Kazecat's creations after him, Red Cyclone has some tough A.I.
As a point of comparison:
-
Not a huge fan of the gameplay, but I would be lying if I said I wasn't impressed with those sprites! God damn!

The characters are functional, but they really aren't very good, much like the anime they are based on.

So much fun to play as, and is utterly godly as a character!

Every single one of them is bloody insane, and I love them for that. However, most of them (Yoshi, Goomba, and Bowser) just lack the liveliness and cheapness of Madness Mario. Is there a reason why that is, if you don't me asking?
-
I, for one, do not think it's time to stop with vore.
About the character itself, it is just as funny as the original meme, being able to instakill the opponent by saying "It's time to stop!" At the same time, however, he is completely invincible, his only attack is an instakill, and his gets rid of the lifebars.
If you want a shitpost character, and I could still do one, then go ahead and download it. If you want a character that can actually be fought against, ignore it.
In my opinion, we need a proper character of Filthy Frank in M.U.G.E.N.

I can definitely see why this guy is pinned! Though his portrait bothers me.
Also, I wonder if Kung Fu Man was inspired by Akira, from the outfit to the fighting style?

The sprites definitely aren't good, but he is fun to play as!

The TV is damn adorable, I tell you. Plus, he can be fun to play, though I've never watched him in action.

Half KFM spriteswap, half custom character. This character is a bit too strong, but I won't lie, he is funny!

This character is utterly insane, but in a good way. That counter at the bottom really makes me laugh, and the character is all over the place with her attacks. I don't know what was behind this madhouse, but I can definitely say that the "hentai" part is misleading.

The only downside of this beautiful stage is that I'm not a big fan of the remix used of the music.
-
I prefer YAMAKICHI's Tifa, but this one has the far superior sprites!
-
He's fine, but why does he have all of these DBZ effects and sound effects?
-
Absolutely insane. I think this guy was the inspiration for KK Hell to include fatalities in his characters.

The sprites are pretty good, but it's just a spriteswap of Team Nicktoon.

Currently my favorite version of Ryu, trained by Oro, able to fire green hadoukens, and fire off haodukens while laying down!

The effects and use of the Stands are amazing, but this character disappoints me.
As you said, his attacks KO the opponent instantly, and he's also A.I. only
Those two parts ruin a perfectly good character for me.

The spectacle to watch for years, but damn is she a pain in the ass to fight!
Never once have I defeated her on my own.

Lamp oil, rope, bombs! You want it? It's yours my friend, as long as you can beat Morshu!
