A classic cheap character in my eyes.
He's a stick figure with a sword, but he never uses it. He has slaughtered and absorbed seven infamous cheap characters from the late 2000s: Super Mario 64, Psycho Shredder, Rare Akuma, Rainbow Six Vegas Guy, Omega Tiger Woods, Nightmare Broly, and Omega Tom Hanks. His attacks consist of transforming into each of these characters and using one of their attacks.
Light punch: Super Mario 64's Bowser Spin
Medium punch: Psycho Shredder's Electric Burst attack
Heavy punch: Rare Akuma's Shun Goku Satsu
Light kick: Rainbow Six Vegas Guy's default attack (shooting infinitely)
Medium kick: Omega Tiger Woods 2008's Magaki hyper
Heavy kick: Nightmare Broly's Kamehameha hyper
Select: Omega Tom Hanks's dog/yoshi hyper

For whatever reason, a source accurate version of Porky's boss fight in Smash Bros. Brawl was made a boss in I Wanna Be The Guy: The MUGEN-based Fangame.
Just like the original boss, Porky fights with the arms of his machine in individual or rapid jabs, beams of red lightning on foot or in the air, and tossing bombs or explosive Mecha Porkies. Very difficult to fight.

John Tenta was a Canadian professional wrestler and sumo wrestler in the WWF. As Golga, he was a member of The Oddities and wore a mask that was supposed to hide a bone growth disorder yet made him look deformed anyway. A fan of Eric Cartman, Golga's career in The Oddities lasted from 1998 to 1999.
His group won the following awards:
Worst Gimmick (1998)
Worst Tag Team (1998)
As for the M.U.G.E.N. character, he fights with earraping audio, Eric Cartman himself, and various other images. A very weird character, just like the source material it's based on.
