The first-ever of wanderers and warriors around time, world, and universe, they get to portal travel to the modern age earth of the 21st Century to understand the enjoyments of life since the tragic past of the World War Era. Later in times of peace, a corporate force called the “Galactic World Order” had made a profit to form a fighting federation Kumite for fans of martial arts and fighting fanatics. It is called the “Universal Toshinden Kumite” or “UTK” a freestyle martial arts corporation from all universes of time, world, and galaxy.
A year later, it became the greatest hit from all television from all earth’s regions. Later during the growth of a society, and so the boss of the UTK had formed a modern age tournament that only one will walk away from a champion and earn 100,000G. The place was settled, the invitations were sent all over, Heroes and Proud descend on the field of full-contact sports!

All damage has been modified, tweaked the odds of the A.I. using the Majima assist and Tiger Drop, and slightly lowered the A.I. aggression rate using Vargverse's difficulty scale (easier to fight on the lower difficulties).
It's the exact same character design-wise, but you might enjoy it more than the version you have.
With that, this is being uploaded separately, as Brerg has left the original, unbalanced version available on his website.

A freckle-faced tomboy with a gentle spirit, Angel is a proud and brave Scottish lass, brimming with confidence and energy.  Since Angel's hometown of Ainsley is a very remote and rustic community, the town functions as a nudist colony, and the populace only ever wears clothes when absolutely necessary.  As such, she was genuinely surprised to learn at eleven years of age that there are laws against public nudity in other parts of the world.
She believes that living in a world where everyone around her is happy is going to make her happy as well, and she intends to use any skills she possesses and whatever she can learn to achieve that goal.  Angel loves sports, and she holds honor in very high regard.
Her manner is that of a socially awkward rustic, but she spends a lot of her free time at the local library studying art and engineering.  As such, her deep understanding of architecture has taken even scholars by surprise, especially when the first thing they see is a fat little girl who clearly doesn't care about fashion sense in the slightest.
Angel is also a capable fighter -- tough and adaptable -- and despite her plump figure, she is also remarkably agile.  Her training in ninjitsu has made her effective and precise with a katana, but she prefers to use a bokken to prevent killing her foes.  She also has limited command of wind and lightning elements, which she uses in lieu of lethal weapons.
 
I found this character at random while uploading other files. And while I do have to say that the character herself is rather questionable, I gotta admire the solid gameplay, 5th or 4th division A.I., and the high quality sprites and animations!

Fanatail, the Japanese M.U.G.E.N. project from Leafia and Tephanis, otherwise known together as Teaf. Every character created by Teaf was meant for the project, but several tragedies in their lives and within the community has led to there being little to not official releases since Harmir in 2015. While Fanatail was in its heyday, close friends of Leafia went on to make characters that were heavily inspired by the Fanatail characters. The first of which was Qua, a character created by Dakusei, and the only character to Dakusei's name before their unfortunate passing. This edit was created to completely overhaul the character, which a bunch of people, especially those in the Fanatail family, found to be disrespectful to the late creator.
Anyways, this is Qua Another Style in an individual file, rather than being packaged with regular Qua.
