I've tried it and honestly I really liked it.
It has a lot of ice effects. His AI uses his attacks and combos very well in addition to calculating enemy distances very well. His gameplay is very good, I always had a hard time handling Scorpion in the original game, but here you can almost freeze at will and use his Hypers very easily. I highly recommend this character without a doubt.
