Honestly a great character. One of the best versions of Zero without a doubt. Also his AI is great for setting up as a SKN Boss in Mugen. His moveset is also very well done. I recommend this character.

Is a classic. Maybe not the best sonic (due to rough animations and infinite priority). But it has a good gameplay, it is also very easy to use and if used well it can beat powerful characters.

For a joke character (maybe not so much, as many may find him offensive), he's not that disastrous. However, he has things that could be improved, such as his attacks or his grid alignments, since he is not very well positioned in the center.
