Tic-Tac-Toe

An interesting minigame character, you have to hit the square you want to put a O on, and then the machine takes it's turn to put an X on the square it wants to, and then it's your turn. As far as I know, you can't lose against it. If you get 3 Os in a row, it takes a little damage, and it gets to the next round of Tic-Tac-Toe.
The only bug I found is that if you use an attack that hits a big area, you can put a O on multiple squares at once, and it counts as your turn.

The classic Arcade Game from 1983. The Shellcreepers and Sidesteppers won't interfere with the fight happening, as they just walk around waiting to defeat Mario and/or Luigi, who never appear (unless they're in the fight anyways)

Pokemon #650 of the National Pokedex, Grass starter of Kalos. The quills on its head are usually soft. When it flexes them, the points become so hard and sharp that they can pierce rock. Such a thick shell of wood covers its head and back that even a direct hit from a truck wouldn't faze it. While the AI isn't very good, it has a good set of moves that can pack a punch.

Sad Claps

Alright, I don't really understand what this guy is. I know it's supposed to be an edit of Reza's Cyclops, but it seems that there's extra code that gives him... interesting effects... The code can do these effects:
Multiplying the velocity Randomly playing random sounds at random Randomly skipping frames Gaining an ability to control back at random Being able to warp the screen Resetting to the idle state if left in a current state long enough Randomly mangling with the current attack's properties Gaining power depending on the current velocity Gaining/losing power and life at random Randomly making clones of himself on hit Not all these effects have been applied to Sad Claps, but the effects that didn't apply to him can affect other characters depending on the code or character, I don't know. All I can say is that it's a bizarre character, and is classified by the SaltyBet wiki as a character corruption. Yeah, once you see, you'll know why...
