This character is basically Gaster's lore and how his followers (probably) came to be.

No, this is not a stage, and I think it'd be cool that way too, but this is also very cool.

It has A LOT of flashy stuff to show, and a lot of beat drops with Gaster's Theme.

Little Red Slicing Hood, also known simply as "Red," is part of Undyne's Royal Guard and is a ghost monster who can not be encountered by conventional means. The only way to find her is by "getting lost in a way nobody thought possible." She is fought in an Unknown route at the CORE.

Red has a very upbeat, excitable personality, making it easy to get along with members of the Canine Unit. However, she feels anything of important nature should be taken seriously; she exhibits strong loyalty to both Undyne and Asgore, obeying the orders to station herself far out of the path of the human without question, and shows frustration in response to flippant behavior, storming out should the Human repeatedly attempt to make her laugh.

Despite a supposed lack of hatred towards humankind, her initial interactions with the Human are quite cold. Confident that the Human will be slain at the hands of Asgore (if not earlier), Red shows extreme hesitance in befriending them on any level, even initially refusing to speak, as to "not lose someone else." However, as revealed in the genocide route, she shows a bit of relief should the Human violently decline her offer of mercy, as it leaves her without any compunctions, leaving only a will to survive.

Red has a strong fondness of Cinnamon Bunnies and Mew Mew Kissy Cutie 2, the latter of which she is quite defensive.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: I'm somewhat halfway finished with making these sprites and whatnot, and I also put in the half & half sound effects (Based on the polls, half wanted Undertale sound effects, and the other half wanted a voice from some games.)

But I can't take this anymore, I NEED to get my life back together, find me a job, and learn how to live life. If someone else wants to finish the sprites, they can if they want to. I've lost SO MUCH motivation, and I lose a LOT of sleep thinking how I'm going to make these sprites good, I'm just being broken down layer by layer, and I just want to be happy again, even though making sprites DOES make me happy, sprite sheets take TOO long, and this is my first time even CREATING sprite sheets.

If SOMEONE can finish this character. that would mean the world to me, damn, I'd even pay money to get this character finished, or for someone else to make their OWN version of Red. (Probably a Kor character, but I doubt even that.)

The best Jevil in MUGEN.

Made for WinMUGEN, but it works in MUGEN 1.1 (Not sure about 1.0)

Quite literally the canonically Jevil from Deltarune as an entire boss.

B_Futo aka Burning Futo is an edit of Mononobe No Futo who instead of attacking with plates, can harness the power of fire, a tough opponent to fight, but not something a simple fighter can handle.

Her AI is pretty doggone strong, she can take quite a lot of health out of you with those frame perfect counters she has ready and set up.

Shoot, she even has one of them Fire Kamehameha beams ready to fire, with a bit of Beerus' God Wrath...

Spamton G. Spamton is a character you encounter in the GODDARN [Garbage Dump] and will offer the player a deal. 

The player is forced to accept the deal, and Spamton will then tell you to come to his shop. Alone.

He has a secret quest for you in point where you can fight Spamton NEO as a secret boss.

He can also be fought as the Final Boss in the Genocide Route in Deltarune Chapter 2. (Snowgrave Route)

This character is WinMUGEN only right now sadly.

(Hopefully someone can make this character 1.1 / 1.0 since this is the ONLY representation of Spamton we have right now)

Mad Dummy is a spirit that possess a dummy, later (in the genocide route) can turn into Glad Dummy, and on the Nintendo Switch version, can turn into Mad Mew Mew after game completion.

Mad Dummy is quite a killer, I guess? Also, I wonder if someone is going to take Muffet and Napstablook's sprites from Gramsen's characters and make a full character out of them? Would be 100% better than the game-rip characters that are freakin' garbage to play as and garbage to watch fight. (Besides Mettaton Ver S. That is the BEST game-rip with REAL editing, and effort put into a game ripped character.)

Anyways, opinions aside, this is a character that uses Gramsen's Kor Alphys sprites from Papyrus' summon, and uses the code from Burgerpants.

She has Amalgamates now, and I believe she also has a super?

Haven't tested it yet, just nabbed it off Archive because phuck those greedy ass mfs.

This Undyne while taking the sprites from Sumin, is actually played like a JUS character and is pretty decent ngl.

Koumakan=Reisen aka Gangsta's Paradise personified.

AI: Difficult / Powerful / Near Impossible

This character is quite literally the entire meme of "For her neutral special: she wields a gun" but multiplied by 30.

I believe she even has helpers from The Scarlet Devil Mansion, as well as being able to perform James Bond signature screen shot that does stun damage.

Be warned: Her 12th Palette is all of her skills, and she will take little to no damage in that form.

She is very stylish to watch fight and play as however. (I believe you can disable her AI in the CNS, but I forgot how to do that)

(Also in my personal opinion, Moonman is another rare character not much people remember anymore sadly, the offensive memes are quite funny when you can handle an offensive joke!)

I've tested this out against Purple Colored Clown, and he can hold his own for a long time.

Photoshop Flowey (also known as Omega Flowey by fans), is the entity created when Flowey absorbs the six human SOULs at the end of a Neutral Route. He serves as the final boss of that route if the protagonist has not defeated him before since the last True Reset or Genocide Route.

This character plays pretty close to the OG Undertale's Photoshop Flowey (Without the Soul Phases)

Can be pretty challenging to kill with his save & load states and whatnot.

But he is pretty fair! As long as you keep hitting him.

(Note: Highly recommended to start the round yourself when fighting him so he doesn't straight up kill you before the round even starts.)

This character works in 1.1 (Not sure about 1.0. I never used 1.0. before)

SHE IS EXTREMELY CHEAP, I CANNOT EVEN GET DARK DONALD 12P TO KILL HER.

Cool effects though, and definitely good for those long fights that seem to never end.

Don't do 12P if you want the fights to either last for hours, or to burn your GFX card.
