TP is such an amazing and outstanding creator, and this isn't even his best work, but you can tell that even this character is so amazing! If you follow his youtube there's definitely more quality characters waiting there! -
Both 21's are different in their own right, I'd recommend downloading both, they're a great addition to anyone's roster! As well as the AI, it is VERY tolerable, I don't see much weakness in it at all- 1 comment

Definitely not a bad attempt at a character, her AI is just a little off and she prefers to charge rather than fight sometimes -
Most awesome (and only really) Jaco I have ever seen. I find it super funny when he randomly shouts "idiot" at his opponent lol-

I really liked this pack, very fun characters -
I like the character concept, all it's missing is an AI, with that added it would easily be S tier! -

That damage was a long leap from no damage at all..😶 (Yes she became cheap) -
Really good char, has a good amount of moves and a challenging AI
