This version of Mario is from that one MUGEN looking fighting game called "Bizarre Fighters", it's basically a JoJo styled MUGEN except none of the characters (Which is, Doraemon, Nappa from DBZ and the one your seeing right now, Mario) have stand powers.
He has three def files (Which is the aforementioned AI Patch, Game version and MUGEN version).

This character is what happens when Shao Kahn absorbs the power of the elder gods. I dunno why he's called "Evil" Shao Kahn considering he was already evil in the first place, if anything...he should've been called "Elder God Shao Kahn" Instead...but hey that's just me. Also he can transform into any MK character...kinda like Shang Tsung (ya know, when Tsung can morph into any MK character just by stealing their soul).

This Orochi can only cause damage with basic attacks as it's specials will only damage himself. Even taunting damages you greatly. If by some miracle that it survives, the AI will just take over and perform hypers and specials until it dies.

This guy is the Midboss of Pathos from NES Godzilla Creepypasta Fan-Game (yes, fangame. The Blight is absent from the original story), he has two phases, can summon MATwalkers and can have the Blightworm and Blights Arm be ready for combat. He's 1.1 only because I think this was inspired by OMEGAPSYCHO's boss characters.
He comes with his own stage, I recommend picking his stage in order for him to work.

This version of Mario has the sprites from Super Mario Bros 3 on NES. He calls Luigi for help, because let's be honest, you'll never know when the green cap would be useful one day. Also he has modern Mario voice clips for some reason despite being an NES Mario (well, one from Super Mario Bros 3 anyway)...yeah I don't know why either.
