not really what can be said addon using the proper term.

for example mugen addon would be fightfx,common system,hacks,commonsound and similar stuff.

not really,mugen was popular in japan as well (more popular then in foreign countries).

there are lot of games made in mugen by nippon users (some are professional made with everything customized).

well i don't know if this will work as intended seeing this had a custom common file (while it worked on regular mugen it wasn't as good as using it on the game).

is a hack that increases the overall limits so not bad if you are making your custom game (and use several unique winmugen characters) also some stages got made with wolf hack in mind (or winmugen plus hiwinmugen or winmugen hires yes are different) so normally those stages will work really slow on regular mugen,for example a version of goku and zoro work only on wolf hack similar to a specific lifebars is quite advanced but hated by several users that don't like the newest stuff (hence beta 2 of mugen 1.1 is missing since required a higher end PC and required a GPU)

sadly this stage requires smaller player so eitherr fix by scaling your char or changing part of the code in the stage (this was a trick when using similar stuff in the old winmugen era)

there was nothing wrong with the sprites,besides even if there was it won't connect or show up in normal play.

this is like the prudes complaining of certain stuff on some unfinished chars yet that stuff never showed up normally and the only way to access that stuff was using fighter factory and checking the sprites.
for example the so deemed NSFW chars fall under this criteria if :

>does the char actions,sprites during gameplay,portraits or quotes say something for adults.

>is the char edited to show something during normal gameplay

if has those conditions is NSFW but if :
>char requires special battlers in your roster to activate NSFW content

>char requires rapist characters to activate certain sprites

if it follows those then it isn't since require something external.

>midnight bliss require external chars

>victim require rapist chars

>none of them activate on their own.

i remember now those have certain sprites from my type MB game...well the first version of my lifebars (last update of my lifebars on 2018).

is laughable when they think "lets shutdown his site and claim his lifebars as our own creation just add a sun from the touhou lifebars and call it a day he will never find out".

is kinda similar to team aiduzzi trying to fool everyone yet they got caught sooner then later.

not so rare and quite known...also this one is by nibaniba from the mugengers forum (R.I.P) as most of his works that include akame (from akame ga kill),shermie KOF 3D,princess tohka,black rock shooter and lot of hatsune miku in 3D prerendered.

rather basic character mostly for collection or aiming to make a DBFZ on mugen,sadly this has issues like the lack of combos,lack of powers and so on.

the size can be fixed with localcoord 420 to look similar to other DB characters since most of this characters are too big.

video can't be seen but is quite clear is from chuchoryu and released years ago,nexus gaming is known as thief on lot of communities so a video of them is not proof.

not really he still does characters but only release them on the worse sites of all only that which are the mugenarchive and newage mugen,good luck trying to access those site or getting an account for more then one day there,i was checking yesterday yet my account got removed and banned for lurking (the site is almost dead and they remove users because they didn't praise the posters on the first hour or take into account they have a life and won't spend much time checking forums).

The only missing stuff is the special intros from the game yet i kinda understand is hard to make and since most get offended by small stuff welll....

I loved the announcer intro "Tsuno wa bakemono,karada wa yariman 2000 wo koeru meitantei?" which was a joke and the vs rise was my favorite "futatsu no bijin wo taiketsu,doshida homono no hentai wo miseru ban" making it clear both naoto and rise are debauched perverts.

sadly we won't get those on mugen.

sadly because is by son of aura only that.

besides is not even as good as it should...if only it had the japanese voices of the game (kinda weird game only released on japanese arcades and the american arcade version use the japanese voices yet son of aura ruined it by using american dub).

as was said on the forums "son of aura can make characters really fast yet because of that he never finish one" so this is mostly a beta and seeing how he removed his deviant is clear he didn't like the comments which mostly was "why are you using american voices if the game has the japanese voices only" or "why you didn't add the intro of her" which is the biggest problem of all since the announcer introduced rise as "Kanzen Hentai Idol" which is her nickname on the games.

This wasn't allowed to be put on it's own or posted on any other site.

Is a stage i made for my own DB game,this was on the included stages next time check who made the stage before and ask them if they want it posted on it's own (which i never agree since i have it on my own site along the game)
