Not bad but, animation of his stance, his select screen render and versus screen render is kinda lame. Or, to be honest, they sucks. They are not the same that were in MK Shinobi, which is what this Scorpion actually is. Also, the spear animation, while he drags the opponent toward himself looks like the chain is shrinking, and not like it been pulled. All tho, the character is playable.

Doesn't work on MKP S2 Final. Has too many bugs and thus unplayable!

Not bad, but he has few bugs in MKP S2 Final. First one, that i have noticed, is that, most of the time Kotal Kahn does his combo breaker move automatically, when opponent AI character are trying to hit him. In that time, i'm not doing anything, and Kotal just simply does his combo breaker by himself. I don't know, how to fix that, but it needed to be fixed. But yeah, the character itself works fine on MKP S2 Final by borg117. 

Ah, good old Mortal Kombat Project. My very first mugen MK game. Good stuff.

Played it. Not a bad edition, but nothing new.

Cool game. Played it, had fun. I recommend to check it out, all tho there is not that much new stuff in this game, in comparison to the original TMNT Tournament Fighters and Justice League Task Force. 

Played it back in the days. This is the worst mugen Mortal Kombat game ever made. All tho, it has some cool characters.

There is actually a updated version of this game v.4.1 that was updated by the community. It has a one bug fix that was causing the game to crash. Look for it and update this game.

Wow! Are they really made KOF XIII on mugen??? I need to download and play this. Cause official game on PC is sucks. 

Not a bad game. Needs a little more fixes, but other than that, it is playable.

Cool game but it is hard to do some super moves, cause the timing for them are weird. Like, take Ryu, Ken or Akuma for example. You can't do their shouryuken moves normally, cause the timing is broken. The same with Sagat and other characters who has similar uppercut moves. But yeah, the game is cool tho. 

The game is a piece of crap. Broken, unbalanced and was just put together by someone who has no idea, how to make a good quality game.

Ah, one of my very first better mugen MK games that i played. This one, unlike every other mugen MK game, is for sure are different. Has new gameplay, new mechanics and other cool stuff. Cool game, along with borg's117 Mortal Kombat Project, Mortal Kombat Shinobi and Mortal Kombat Outworld. 

You know what? I'm tired of these mugen MK games. You know why? Because, all what they do, is simply changing the screenpack and that's it. No new characters, no new look for old characters, no new gameplay features, nothing. It's just the same game but with different name and edited UI, and everything else is the same from game to game. Thus why i see no point of playing it. 

Cool game, but like with the Super Street Fighter 2 POTS style, this one has broken AI too. Thus, there is no reason to play it after 3 or 4 fights in to the game.

The game is good but AI is broken. Sure, the difficulty levels goes up the more you progress through the game, but what's the point for me to play and beat the game if i can't defeat the AI opponent? Cause, like, i have a goal in life: i wanna be entertained but i also wanted to win this game and have fun, have smile on my face and been happy after playing the game. AI doesn't have that goal in life. In fact, the AI doesn't know what life is. It does not understand it and it doesn't have a goal, thus why it should not win AND, most importantly, it should not allowed to win or read player's input. And if so, then the game is broken and thus can be considered unplayable. The same here. It is playable until like 3 or 4 opponents in to the game, and after that there is no point of playing it, which is sucks. Thus why i only recommend to play this game with friends. And if you don't have them, like i do, then, well, jokes on you, because the AI in this game are gonna F you up, and no matter how hard you try, you can't beat it. So yeah, 3 stars rating. This game does not deserved more. And my advice to the author of this game: DO BETTER!
