He has the most amount of hypers I've seen in a character (eight, to be exact, including one Ultimate move). Needs a little more work, but easily the best version of Steven out there. Weird that I enjoy this version, because I don't like the show. I just couldn't find this anywhere else but Archive (there used to be a link on YouTube, but I think the channel closed).
