Has all standing basics, reuses all animations for crouching attacks, and has no air basics. Also has two specials, only one dealing damage, a generic Wlanman-ish projectile hyper, and a Goofy Goober Rock hyper that's really inconsistant with sprites, opting for GBA sprites instead. The sprites are good, but I'd stick with The 14th Doctor's edits of either FelixMario or Madoldcrow's SpongeBobs.
