This very mugen was made to finally break the cycle of people releasing mugens packed with thousands of characters and never providing a download link! not only that but it has amazing characters people can absolutely have fun messing around with. I just wanna remind you guys that the SP isn't made by me but the roster is filled up by me just wanted to let you guys know on that. Other than that here's some information on my lovely creation: Characters: 4800+ Stages: 118+ Now, unto how to get this lovely mugen! Here are the said steps (more info is in the video below as well): First thing first, you have to download the main mugen folder https://www.mediafire.com/file/9c646y6qjjis0b2/My+Mugen+All-Stars+(By+Yoongbin)+v2.rar/file (which contains, stages, fonts, data, sound, etc..) Then, secondly, you download the characters here: https://mega.nz/file/ElRmAZYK#PfRH285gOyem3SiL_kTjwF0VblCf1FDN37k0FxgE1RY And, then you move the chars folder unto the main folder then, boom you're done 😄 btw, This version of the mugen is actually the completed version. if you want the version with only 3000+ characters feel free to check it out here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jATN9arKU8I&t=220s. the instructions are the same so no worries about that.
