He was thought to be lost and which led to... a certain someone making his own version of this OC (that one's next to be uploaded) until September 2nd this year, where it was uploaded to Archive and proving to the community that characters like this can be found. He only has one special and one hyper, due to him having been made a joke character of sorts. Uploaded here to break the Archive exclusivity (at least as far as I know of).
