This "female Pikachu" is based on Milachu, a Pokémon NSFW artist and a Pikachu OC, and does the source material no favors. "She" is nothing but a broken edit of Gladiacloud and Solarflared's Pikachu, with bloated attack power, defense, and health. There was a reason why people resorted to bashing this thing.
