This is a conversion of the ninja character from Street Fighter. That should be easy enough to explain. Tha biggest difference is that his Teleport is not reactive on block. However, it activate on pressing the Taunt button instead, with three directions to choose from. His Shiruken become his triple variation with massively increased power over time or when Geki have less than 33% health remaining. It means that he can't block unfortunately.
