INSTRUCTIONS:
1- Go to Sparkster's file and put the patch there.
2- Go to the def file.
 - Go to where it says "cmd= sparkster.cmd" and change that to "cmd= sparkster(ai patch).cmd"
3: Go open up MUGEN and see what Sparkster does now!
