This seems to be a Yukkuri version of the Compile-era Schezo (I don't think Yukkuris have necks, however). The sword in him is a reference to the PC-9801 version of Madou Monogatari 2, where Arle decapitates him, but his head is... somehow still able to fight (look it up, I can't make this shit up).

Lmao yeah bro, Arle fought like a god or something for thousands of years. She's actually pretty op because of the Sorcery saga series. SNES one gives me a lot of nostalgia it's a cute and weird series.
