About This File

This character is something I snatched off Archive and ran with. 

 

Hopefully, this character can be converted to 1.0 / 1.1 someday, cuz I know there are still people who love Touhou just as much as I do.

 

Seija Kijin Bio: Seija Kijin is an amanojaku in the Touhou series with the power to turn things upside-down and the main antagonist of Double Dealing Character (but not the final boss). She appears for the first time in the fifth stage of Double Dealing Character as the penultimate boss, residing in the Shining Needle Castle.

Imma be REAL with this one.

 

I caught this one off of Archive (pretty crappy site) only because this was the ONLY Seija Kijin that exists on MUGEN.

 

But the problem is 100% EVERYWHERE in the files.

 

Everything is misaligned, the files are up and down and mismatched, I don't know what the literal PHUCK is going on in the files, especially figuring things out.

 

GOSH. I hope we get a proper Seija Kijin. I like her reversing polarity ability.

 

Also, I got it to work someWHAT with everything being completely unreadable, and when I tested it out, she takes no damage, and does NOTHING.

She's as good as a damn empty space in the roster.

 

Not worth the download unless you can fix these weird issues.

No content, creates empty slot that crashes, I expected that. I actually downloaded this to try and rip some sprites from it, but I couldn't even find any sprites.

the thumbnail for this is literally more of a mugen character than the download is it has sprites

Yeah what what the actual FUCK IS THIS FILE? THEY REALLY DID SHE DIRTY BUT AT LEAST YOU SHARED THE INFO
