This is April as she appears in the recent TMNT beat-'em-up, Shredder's Revenge. She can combo pretty well and has around 3 hypers. Sadly, she cannot block (instead relying on a actual mechanic in the game), she does not have any specials, and she still uses KFM's winquotes. She's still a pretty good character with all those considered.

1.1 and Ikemen GO only.

Sorry if you see a download, had to make sure I uploaded the right file.

Also strange how it took a while to have a decent River City Girls character but in around half a month we have a decent Shredder's Revenge character already.
