A sprite edit of Towa which was originally made by Chotto Komuro + LJH
A doppelganger version of Towa has enter the in Mugen. She have better hitbox, better defense, better juggle, life regen and power regen. She also have three new moves, which is basically referencing from other characters. One of them are from Terry Borgard super, and the other are from The Evil Awakens 2. And also she have quotes especially when she was against Towa, Ribbon and Adeline.
-Reversal: D, D, s
-Counter: c (You can to in the air)
-Power Geyser: D, F, s
There also a harder version her which have more damage, more defense, fast life regen, and slow power regen. She also spam the counter a lot which is impossible to beat her.
I' am not proud to make this, since I copy the moves from other character so I sincerely apologies for this. Also sorry for the bad grammar English is not my first language. I hope you enjoy.
