THIS GUY CAN ONE-SHOT EVERYTHING THAT IS MORTAL EVEN FRISK AND CHARA IT (MAKES THEM NOT RESPAWN)
WARNING: i maked an INTENSIONAL crash sistem, this charater is so much powerfull, that powerful that his REAL SPECIAL ATTACK is to crash the game, yes you heard that right, if u are using it and do some attacks he could activate it, that crash is considered a win for 404, game will crash and force you to exit it with an error screen, if u wanna see it then just spam the knock-back ability

Released
1) fixed bugs (like the long dodge bar)
2) buffed health cuz his health suck while infinite defense so every attack deals 1 damage and so he suck against spam
