Por qué no suben la versión +18 de esta char?

sadly because is by son of aura only that.

besides is not even as good as it should...if only it had the japanese voices of the game (kinda weird game only released on japanese arcades and the american arcade version use the japanese voices yet son of aura ruined it by using american dub).

as was said on the forums "son of aura can make characters really fast yet because of that he never finish one" so this is mostly a beta and seeing how he removed his deviant is clear he didn't like the comments which mostly was "why are you using american voices if the game has the japanese voices only" or "why you didn't add the intro of her" which is the biggest problem of all since the announcer introduced rise as "Kanzen Hentai Idol" which is her nickname on the games.

not really he still does characters but only release them on the worse sites of all only that which are the mugenarchive and newage mugen,good luck trying to access those site or getting an account for more then one day there,i was checking yesterday yet my account got removed and banned for lurking (the site is almost dead and they remove users because they didn't praise the posters on the first hour or take into account they have a life and won't spend much time checking forums).
