Red (Frostbite) was made by: "lazymugenforever"

 

This specific iteration of Red is based off of the Creepypasta Easter Egg - Snow on Mt. Silver. In it, He's spent an unknown amount of time waiting atop Mt. Silver with his Pokémon for whoever tries to become champion as their final obstacle in the Kanto region, waiting to give out his title. However, should a player activate a certain cheat code within either Gold or Silver, a horrible secret can show just what kind of damage this kind of waiting can do to a team...

 

This character is COMPLETELY based off the FNF Mod; "Hypno's Lullaby" and the specific song, that being Frostbite.

He has his facade, then his true form.

Freakachu is summoned as well to fight the opponent, feast on his own flesh, and use a very faulty "iron" tail.

I have the resized version as a download, but normally, to resize a JUS character without localcoord in the DEF file, it'd be better to

 

- Go into the CNS File, change the size from 1 to either 1.5 or 2

- Then go into the animations / air file in Fighter Factory, turn every animation's effects and helpers into the same number that the size from the CNS is.

 

Example;

- Pepsiman JUS himself would not be resized, but his helper such as the Pepsi Vending Machine if JUS sized, and all other animations resized from 1.0 to 2.0.

 

It may take a while depending on how much animations there are, but it is very efficient, unless of course, some moves have grabs, then you would have to find that exact move, and adjust it to where the character is grabbed perfectly rather than holding the opponent up in the air with The Force, and rather with your hand.
