But When I Realized That It's Only For Winmugen
But No Worries Because I Removed ExplodExpansion.st In DBO Folder
And Now WR-Ryu Now Works On Mugen 1.0 And 1.1
So Have A Nice Day

Hey everyone, I made this edit. I would like to say this is a heavily unfinished character and that the gameplay is built off of Vibri v1 (not v1.75, v1)
Theres not really much I can say about this since I made it, but I'm really proud of how the Hadouken turned out
