Good effort! Some characters could use some work, like Cammy's boots look weird during her idle animation.
Luise Meirink from KOF Maximum Impact seems to be made up from scratch -- she looks pretty good.

I don't think any of the backgrounds are animated.

No idea who is the girl that plays the violin, don't remember seeing her before.

Also most of the win quotes are missing, and with a roster this large, the pre-fight dialogue that gave the original SVC so much character has been cut...
Presumably the former is due to language barrier, and the latter would require an insane amount of work (54²/2 = 2,916 / 2 =  1,458 different conversations, if mirror matches get unique dialog)

With a bit more work this could be 4/5 or 5/5 for sure.
