Violence is who I am!

An Evil Ryu that is supposedly based on the Street Fighter III series, except for the fact that its playstyle does not reflect this and that its sprites are seemingly poorly ripped from comic book panels.  This character ultimately comes off as choppy and janky.

Original author unknown (referred to as "Null" on Salty Bet).  Fixed by Gohan SSM2

I don't know who this character is in particular, but I do know that it is a player character in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas.  His animations are taken from the game's cover system, I think.

This character was pretty infamous during the golden age of M.U.G.E.N.  Like Omega Tom Hanks, this character has no hitboxes, and he only has one attack: firing his gun.  Also like Omega Tom Hanks, this character was released as an April Fool's joke in 2007.

One year later, he would be taken offline (although warehouses still went on to host him) and be repurposed as part of Sue Sakamoto.
