This character is one of the 2 RoboCop 2 Prototypes from the movie "RoboCop 2". This one has a gun like RoboCop, and have a human face when revealing his face. In the movie, he and the other RoboCop 2 Prototype (AKA Automat) would malfunction. But in MUGEN, this is the alternate universe where he and Automat don't malfunction and instead would help RoboCop arrest criminals on the side of good.
