    He comes from the anime Minami-ke, specifically, the Show Within A Show "Sensei and Ninomiya-kun", which this conversion is based on the fighting game portion of the licensed game of this show (Sensei and Ninomiya-kun, not Minami-Ke)

    It's nice to see more DDND converted to Mugen, but he has a pretty easy infinite (as long you have 3 bars of meter), which you can spam his QCFx2 K 3 times, and it does a lot a damage, but considering DDND is a pretty broken game already it's probably intentional.
