While technically not a newcomer to Vargverse, this version of Duke is instead built from the ground up. He has everything from Duke 3D at his disposal, be that his guns, his power-ups, those alien bastards shooting up his ride, and the jetpack. Also has interactions against Uncle Joel, Doomguy, Ahnuld the T-800/Terminator, Carl "CJ" Johnson, and even himself.
