While technically not a newcomer to Vargverse, this version of Duke is instead built from the ground up. He has everything from Duke 3D at his disposal, be that his guns, his power-ups, those alien bastards shooting up his ride, and the jetpack. Also has interactions against Uncle Joel, Doomguy, Ahnuld the T-800/Terminator, Carl "CJ" Johnson, and even himself. Also the file name is named after this hilarious bit of Joel's:
1st file: 1.1 version released for Vargverse, but tweaked for MUGEN
2nd file: Version made for MUGEN 1.0

With this character now released for real, the official version, as well as a 1.0 version of the character, are now available to download, replacing the Vargverse release that was here.
