Non-English Sections

Greetings, all.

As you may have noticed I've added Non-English sections for non native speakers of English. Started with some common languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, etc.). As soon as a topic in a different language is made, then a new section for that language may be created. If you type in a minority language (languages that don't have official status in a recognized nation; recognized minority languages) it may end up in a sub group of minority languages.

And apparently I didn't add this like I thought I did, but places like India and Nigeria will follow this subsection rule as well.
