It's the Mayor of Metro City here to clean house. AI Patch by karuhumu (separte defs)

2nd file: Stronger Auto AI Patch

As for which AI is better? They're both pretty even so it's hard for me to say. The auto AI is a lot more active than karuhumu but karuhumu does a better combo and is better at defense.
