It is probably one of the most difficult bosses to fight, since it has a lot of health and requires either strategy or insane attacks. It cannot be affected by F1, I think. If you defeat her, in the next round she will not be there and will only complain of pain (calm, it is normal to feel sorry for hurting something extremely tender). Here is a demo: How to defeat her: Characters with a lot of damage or who can dodge (for example, the multiple variants of Warner's Luigi). Small Characters (Pocket Characters like Pocket Metal Mario). Cheap characters (Ketchup Donald). Or just learn Uncle Joel's attacks and use them smartly (punch x3, Y + B and D, DF, F, A + B).
