My evidence is that they're both green, chew bubblegum, and like music. They're even detectives just like Vector the Crocodile Second file is an AI patch I made. Since he only has one attack it didn't really take me so long to make it. Third file gives Vectorman a teleporting ability. I have no idea if that's source accurate at all so I made it a separate download.
