Dr. Thunder is a character created by Joel from Wrestling MPire that is named after a Dr. Pepper knock-off. He's got the Syringe that he can use to stab you with, can do the Japanese Steel, Jumping Neckbreaker and the Thunder Drop. He also has a gun, and Roids Powers, because Dr. Thunder doesn't care what you say...he will use his roids powers regardless.
