The creator of the most notable versions of Sunset Shimmer in M.U.G.E.N., as well as Panty and Stocking in M.U.G.E.N., this is ToonAlexSora007 or Shimmering Brony.  He contains plenty of MLP, WWE, and Goldeneye 007 references, and he's the kind of insanity you'd come to expect from modern self-inserts.  He is easy to play, but his A.I. is pretty weak.  He could use a patch.
