  1. Ramona Flowers

    Ramona Flowers by Jerii Uzimaki

This... is possibly one of the worst Scott Pilgrim conversions out there, and there are like, three in the same boat. This Ramona uses the infamous Super Marvel vs. Capcom - Eternity of Heroes template, is horribly overpowered, uses voice clips that I don't think might be Ramona's... At least I included a 1.0 patch from jabar3000 on Archive, because this was 1.1 only for some reason...

Hey, at least she can get revenge on someone else who weilds a giant heavy hammer now, and I don't mean The Mask or Thor.

    Jokes aside,this Ramona is shit.

  2. Jaune Arc

    Jaune Arc by BlackDrifterz

One of the JUS characters I've seen that made me think "God fucking damn it, I wish this was custom sprited, this character idea has potential." Anyway, here's Vomit Boy (this time in the literal sense, because this is what speed JUS character releases come at) from RWBY.

  3. Steven Universe

    Steven Universe by mrgamer123

This Steven uses what I believe are custom sprites and can combo pretty easily, making him a pretty dangerous opponent. He has the most amount of hypers I've seen in a character (eight, to be exact, including one Ultimate move). Needs a little more work, but easily the best version of Steven out there.

Weird that I enjoy this version, because I don't like the show. I just couldn't find this anywhere else but Archive (there used to be a link on YouTube, but I think the channel closed).

  4. Shadow Lady

Shadow Lady by WhiteMagic2002, edited by Dragonfaku

The other half of Dragonfaku's Chun-Li edit, instead overhauling the character to become Shadow Lady, the alternate, unlockable cyborg version of her from MvC1. Only this time, it's like if someone made a really good version of her, but someone else made a MvC2 effect edit sometime soon after. In my opinion, the best Shadow Lady we have at the moment right now.

  5. Chun-Li

Chun-Li by WhiteMagic2002, edited by Dragonfaku

This takes WhiteMagic's Chunners and adds the Shichisei Senkuu-Kyaku, removes the Spinning Bird Kick (it wouldn't appear in the MvC series until Vanilla MvC3), and makes it like a generic MvC2 edit. This is one half of the edit, I'll be uploading the other.

  6. Kim Pine

(Okay, first off, have no idea where this goes. If anyone can correct me if possible, it's be great. Thanks!)

Kim Pine from the Scott Pilgrim series by Zior

Kim Pine, as she appears in the video game. This is based entirely on Basara-kun's Scott, only his moves were replaced with her's from said game. The only thing that's unchanged from Scott are a few hit sprites and the Knives assist. Sadly, the sprites are... kind of an issue, as some of them are't alligned properly, but she's not... bad, far from it. She just has a few issues that need ironed out.

  7. Boyfriend

Boyfriend from Friday Night Funkin' by EmmanuelMugen1331

    Quote

Not bad for an ugly worm. But this time I'll rip your nuts off right after your girlfriend finishes gargling mine.

bop beep be be skdoo bep

The... third? Forth...? Uh, version of the main character of Friday Night Funkin'. Like IgnitionGrimmy's version, this one is custom sprited, but it's luckily not a pain to look at. This I think is built off Alexander's edit (I definitely could be wrong), but this has much more to it, and actually includes a finisher, as well as a signal telling you when you can call for Girlfriend. I can't really tell if it's the best, but at least it's the best custom sprited version.

  8. Marina (Splatoon 2)

Marina from Splatoon 2 by Alexander Cooper 19 (simply credited as Alexander)

This Octoling pop star is mainly based on the Splatfests in the game (mainly Mayo vs. Ketchup or Forks vs. Spoons). There's appaerently a updated version that came with Alexander's full game, so I might get that and upload it seperate (this is the standalone release from Corndog on corndog from MUGEN Archive).

  9. Inkling Boy

Inkling Boy (Bloo Ray) by JStudios2k

A P.o.t.S-style Inkling that has a good bit of issues. One such issue being that he can use his MAX hyper without needing the 2000 power required to activate it. Best to track down Mr. Seek's version (one thing of which inspired this... thing), as that one is much less broken. I saw it may have been fixed, but I don't think I see it yet. Either way, I grabbed what I think is the latest version I may have got when hearing about this thing.

Also comes with a PDF readme or some other thing for some godforsaken reason. (Wordpad files are fine, but I'm a plain .txt guy.)

  10. Brian Griffin

    Brian Griffin by Giano Vagrante

A more recent version of Brian, being a total revamp/edit/overhaul or whatever of [IN]famous' version of the Griffin family dog. Has two Stewie assists and reworked moves to resemble Kung Fu Man less.

Quoted from the readme (which isn't much):

    Quote

I don't really like the idea of Brian Griffin as Kung Fu Man's Copy.
I did my best, and I hope you'll like it.

  11. (Evil) Elmo

    Elmo by A487561

The one, the only, the... fucking cheap one, really. This character has an unforgiving AI and can be very cheap in the wrong hands. This also contains some disturbing imagery, due to this being made when evil and violent Sesame Street image edits were very popular for some reason. I might edit this one to be less cheap and more forgiving.

Also based on the "Elmo Kills Barney" video (below) from... 2006? Wow, that's old. Audio might possibly be older than that.

  12. ElmoFan17

ElmoFan17 by... who the fuck else?

very terrible edit of a spriteswap (this is an edit of Joey Slikk's "creation" Evil Warioman's Elmo, a spriteswap of the cheap as hell Evil Elmo), where the only changes are the palette, Barney, Kohaku and Bloo being replaced with users he hates and Elmo's Song being replaced with a song I... can't seem to recognise. Best to avoid this one, as this is being uploaded solely for collection purposes.

  13. Muscle Man

Muscle Man by BeanFan112 (last updated 8/23/2015)

A rather interesting relic from 5 years ago, this is the completely untouched (re)release of BeanFan's final version of Muscle Man from before he retired. I even gave my own feedback from a long lost video from when I had the Garfieldfan22 name (I split my non-MUGEN stuff into TheGarfster, leaving the name Garfieldfan for my MUGEN stuff). I know BeanFan's stuff wasn't... great, but this shows he did try to improve sometime before his retirement.

  14. Sparkling Zone [S1 Proto]

"This stage combines elements from the original stage and, what it would later become, Spring Yard Zone. The idea to make this came from the Sonic 2 proto/Long Edition stages already available for MUGEN and was started on New Year's Eve 2020 (EST. The proto rolled out around 7-7:30 PM for me). This comes with the Spring Yard Zone (RAC Maury Mix) track, already looped by PlasmoidThunder. A 1.1 varient is also included, using basic zoom coded provided in a OldGamer tutorial.

A special thanks to Hidden Palace (especially drx and Buckaroo) for bringing this prototype into the public."

  15. Hatsune Miku (Light ver.)

Hatsune Miku Light by YU-TOHARU (last updated 5/20/2010)

Basically an old version of Miku, but without a lot of song-based hypers cramping up the file space. Still has 3000+ sprites and that really long hyper. Good news, it's under 30 MB. Bad news, it doesn't work on 1.0 or 1.1, just WinMUGEN (at least from what I tried).

  16. Ruby Rose

Ruby Rose by OHMSBY, edited by Mushypepito123

Not the best version or edit of Ruby out there, as this removes the Bursts (as far as I know) for more custom ones and adds a super jump like a lot of MvC-based edits, as well as makes her even worse to fight by bumping the power stock from the default 2000 to MvC's 5000. Would be best to stick to the original.

(To use with M.U.G.E.N 1.0, save the SFF as the version 1.0 uses.)

  17. Garfield

Garfield by fer619 and aperson98, edited by AverageMaster.

This edit brings new moves and more comboing potential to an old character. Also adds more voice clips (including one from the live-action movie) and revamps his winquotes. Actually would prefer this over the original (which is good on it's own, don't get me wrong).
