(at least in 1v1 fight.) - "Fire Frenzy" binds enemy a fire helper that keeps unblockable attack for four times. - Rebuild the beginning of "Giant Buzz" as counter move -

also another characters that would be just legendary would be terry, ryu, ken, akuma, goku, naruto and ichigo but that might be too much -
