He's got everything I never expected in a small character, isn't straight up cheap (Until you go into 12p Gaster Mode) and is just AWESOME. This will be the BEST SANS to hold up its reputation until Mega X releases his Sans & Susie.     I booted him up, was hoping he was capatible with 1.1 and he WAS! And not only THAT, but he's actually GOOD, not entirely cheap, but not weak either! This IS worth the download. Wish there were more Colonel Edits like this that aren't always either straight garbage, or Uber Cheap that OHKO all the time! (Also someone should definitely make Wendys as a character since we already have the big 6/7 so far: Jack In The Box, Cool Spot, The Noid, Colonel Sanders, Ronald McDonald, & Pepsiman.)
