    Imma be REAL with this one. I caught this one off of Archive (pretty crappy site) only because this was the ONLY Seija Kijin that exists on MUGEN. But the problem is 100% EVERYWHERE in the files. Everything is misaligned, the files are up and down and mismatched, I don't know what the literal PHUCK is going on in the files, especially figuring things out. GOSH. I hope we get a proper Seija Kijin. I like her reversing polarity ability. Also, I got it to work someWHAT with everything being completely unreadable, and when I tested it out, she takes no damage, and does NOTHING. She's as good as a damn empty space in the roster. Not worth the download unless you can fix these weird issues.
