Weird Colonel is basically a Sad Claps version of colonel, this was based on Weird Donald by SL Zero by the way

Released
-A few new sprites to litter on the screen
-Some more sounds to randomly play
-Replaced/added a bunch of hurt sounds
-Added one new hyper
-Explods now can fly on screen randomly at any time
-When the opponent is caught in a grappling hyper, they shouldn't get stuck infinitely anymore
-He can no go out of bounds 95% of the time
-Added 4 possible subliminal images that flash on screen when the opponent is launched in the pressure fryer attack
-Mangled with the AI a bit (it even does that new hyper I mentioned)
-His attack power was changed to 33 (and also inserted an AttackMulSet that randomizes his attack power)
-Some other changes I didn't mention And that's pretty much it for this update of Weird Sanders
