INSTRUCTIONS:
1- Go to Shantae's file and put the patch there.
2- Go to the def file.
Β - Go to where it says "cmd= Shantae.cmd" and change that to "cmd= Shantae(ai patch).cmd"
3: Go open up MUGEN and see what Shantae does now!

Yes; it should work on all versions except WinMUGEN (is that thing still being used to this day?).
