Yeah, that's the weird thing with anime and how people in other countries address it.  13 is the legal age of consent in Japan, and yet 16 or older is the age of consent in most other countries.

As for Ms. Fanservice, she summons plenty of other heavily sexualized girls in M.U.G.E.N., and she even has a hyper where she summons one that exposes her tits (though it's not shown, of course) that harms the enemy as their eyes pop out in arousal.

This page is a magical place.

This is your problem, Yakko!  You're too obsessed with girls!

Heym you're the one showing the SEXY  pictures.

Anyway, this character haves a lot of hentai refences I think. I mean, she's 14, but she's still legal in Japan.

The story is told both in the animations on YouTube and the comic pages made by the collaborators.  I have yet to catch up on both of these things.

Interlopers starts in Chara Vs Buddy, with W.D. Gaster observing an endless duel between Chara and Buddy in the Judgment Hall.  Gaster determines that the winner would be the one with the eyepatch, but this didn't mean it was going to be Buddy.  After many, many RESETs from both of them, their eternal struggle is interrupted by Kiwi (an Undertale AU character created by TC-96), leading Chara and Buddy to swear revenge against Kiwi.

Thus, Interlopers begins, as Chara and Buddy travel through the Undertale multiverse in search of Kiwi.  Over time, the two of them gradually grow feelings for one another, up to the point where they are foreshadowed as bringing destruction upon the multiverse.  During their travels, they fight against Jim Sterling (who is canon in Undertale, thanks to a joke made in the PS4 and PS Vita trailer for Undertale, which is associated by a review from Jim Sterling himself, "Papyrus the skeleton is fantastic, and I want to date him every day."), Bete Noire from Glitchtale (created by Camila Cuevas), and the versions of Frisk and Asriel from Siblingtale (also created by TC-96).
