A freckle-faced tomboy with a gentle spirit, Angel is a proud and brave Scottish lass, brimming with confidence and energy. Since Angel's hometown of Ainsley is a very remote and rustic community, the town functions as a nudist colony, and the populace only ever wears clothes when absolutely necessary. Her training in ninjitsu has made her effective and precise with a katana, but she prefers to use a bokken to prevent killing her foes. She also has limited command of wind and lightning elements, which she uses in lieu of lethal weapons.

I found this character at random while uploading other files. And while I do have to say that the character herself is rather questionable, I gotta admire the solid gameplay, 5th or 4th division A.I., and the high quality sprites and animations!
