I thought of making his attacks more based on the game by changing his gameplay style but
that remains to be seen depending on the feedback I get. If you find bugs comment on any
of my youtube videos and I'll see what I can do.
the Altair 1.0 def file also works for winmugen, though it's fair to warn you
playing on mugen 1.0 and winmugen will mess up the epic cutscenes that i put
into this character so i recommend you just download mugen 1.1 and experience
altair to his fullest potential.

AI patch update.
This character sure is something, especially as being one of the only Assassin's Creed character that is somewhat decent.
Kick Combo is by far the most broken move in his arsenal, as he can be comboed into his sword normals, leading to infinites.
It can even be chained into itself, but requires some timing.
Counter works againt projectiles and helpers, and the low health version plays the cutscene even if it misses the opponent.
Speaking of cutscenes, the one played for the low health counter have transparency issues. For comparaison, the Assassinate one works well, even if both are very choppy.
Al Mulaim Super is nearly usless, having an insanely long startup time, giving the opponent plenty of time to block.
Assassinate command is somewhat wrong. It is D,DB,D,F,x, not B,F,c.
Most moves can be comboed into the Assassinate Hyper. As it deals 500 damage, the opponent with low enough health is in death range if he is comboed.
Well, that's all. This AI patched version make him use of most of his combos while being somewhat fair, as well for being a source of entertainement against AI opponents.
Unfortunately, it's AI activation makes the character 1.X only.

Note: This character is a work of fiction. Due to recent unfortunate events and the violent nature of the sport, anything resembling IRL events is purely a coïncidence. Thank you for understanding.
This is the Kunio from the sport every Canadians love to talk about, from the NES game Ike! Nekketsu Hockey Bu: Subette Koronde Dairantō, and there is no official English version of the game. Knock down the opponent with his hockey stick, which bought time for him to charge up powerful unblockable shots based off the game.
Fun fact, the final team you have to face against in this game is the Canadians. Finally, we are the final bosses in a video-game.

(Summary)
Well, the characters sure are weird. They love to perform combos and infinites, and while these are theorically doable by human players, they are nigh-impossible to pull off because of extremely tight timing and the requirement of doing a command to perform the fwd dash and the Specials (in Joe's case). Both him and Joe have a very doable 100% combo anyways, so those maybe made the chars more entertaining.
Joe is literally almost a copypaste from Ken except for the Specials, yet he win against him 75% of the time.
Also, a (maybe not) bug that allow Joe to use the Flip Kick in the air is fixed.

This is an OP version of Mess, based off a goof that happened in SpriteClub only I noticed, and a rememberance of the good times I have spent there.

One of the bosses from Cheetahmen II, a very infamous bootleg game. All he does is run, dealing contact damage to his opponents.
He turns around when he hit non SuperArmored opponents, based off Cygore, the actual ''Final Boss'' from this game.
Ahuron's Cheetahmen is used as a base, mostly for his own Super Armor code.

My first character ever created. She is based off cheapies that cannot be fought through conventional means, and there is way too many of these bloody things, and are almost all in multiple layers of edginess.

Nerfed the basic moves's Damage. Hitstun lasts slighty more.
Special Attacks deal more damage and have greater range and knockback. Turn Punch specifically is way faster.
Ditto for Supers. Also, Glass Joe have invincibility frames while he is taunting.
Fixed some hitboxes.
Added Hitboxes to his Dizzy animation.
Added AI.
Translated his winquotes to French, and added a few more.

Unfortunately, I didn't have some required things ready for an actual April Fools character, so I am releasing this instead.
This is an Edit of an old Mexican DBZ character, a Buu with SSJ hair glued on him, apparently made for a jam organized by a certain MUGEN Betting Website.
Unfortunately, a SSJ powered Kid Buu would no longer be impressive by Dragon Ball standards thanks to Super's ridiculous power creep. Would that defeat DBZ Vegetto tho ?

What is this ?
This is a low-effort AI Patch/Edit of Ahuron's God Orochi, made for the sole purpose of making fun of the 2018-2019 Tampa Bay Lightning, a NHL team with an historic winning season (62 wins out of a possible 82) yet got swept by the Wild Card team and the last qualifing team, the Columbus Blue Jackets, in the playoffs.
I literally laughed my ass off when this happened.

What is changed ?
Nerfed the automatic regeneration.
Added a var and a few commands in the AI that will activate what I called the ChokeAI when the opponent happens to have low health. It is exactly what is said on the tin. This also works in simul mode.
Added a few sounds and some pictures for good measure that can appears when the ChokeAI is activated and when God Orochi Tampa Edition got K.Oed.
Everything else is intact
Note: How convenient to post this when that hockey team is likely going to win the cup this year !
And it did ! Bruh moment for me.

What is this ?
This is an edit of Refrigerator by KUROGOMA. A few things got changed compared to the original character in order to be more competitive in an AI match setting, either against a player or another AI character.

What changed ?
Reworked the hitboxes.
Increased the power gain from the charging move.
Modified the watermelon helper. Watermelons can no longer hurt their user. They become active much quicker, at the cost of having a way smaller duration time.
Either the cans and the watermelons have a chance to be spawned from all basic attacks, including the crouching and jumping ones.
Basic attacks can hit downed opponents.
Freeze effect from the counter have a smaller duration time. Its damage have been slighty increased.
Refrigerator Final will land its attack much quicker. Damage have been lowered.
Redone the AI entirely.
Added an intro sound and changed the deathscream.

(Summary)
Mathrus is a private character born from the deepest world of the MUGEN cheapie community. Not much is known about it, other by the fact that it is in the supposed highest tier of power (Dragon-tier) and being able to mess with your MUGEN and your computer pretty badly. It attracted quite a lot of negative attention as it proved that MUGEN, specifically the old WinMugen version where similar characters only works, could be used to create nasty viruses.
This very character is a tongue-in-cheek interpretation of whatever Mathrus is, and a parody of works done by the cheapie community in general. Despite that, it is extremely broken, complete with beefed up stats, SuperArmor, both health and meter regeneration, and overpowered attacks including OHKOs.
A less broken version of the character, Lesser Mathrus, is included that puts him in line with classic cheap characters. To use it, change the name of this folder to MathrusLesser.
This characters works for both 1.0 and 1.1.
