This character is pretty unique, it's cheapness depends on which palette you pick. As it fights, two gauges can fill up. It has hypers which include, lightning bolts, sparks, and ramming the opponent to name a few. Pretty great, I highly recommend.

This is defiantly one of the strangest Mizuchi edits ever. He can fire a black sphere in short range like an Hadouken, stretch his limbs, cause rubble to fall from the sky and can even do a Tatsumaki spin kick to name a few.
