Kuuga

Kamen rider kuuga is the first Rider of Heisei-Era who fought the Gurongi assuming his form through the Arcle created for the Linto Tribe. However the "Kuuga" character was not invented by the Linto but is actually borrowed from an incomplete Gurongi character, tied to N-Daguva-Zeba (N-Gamio-Zeda in Kamen Rider Decade) who like Kuuga possesses an Amadam.

currently he has two forms perfect puzzle and knockout fighter
to change forms press taunt
knockout fighter is faster but has shorter reach
but perfect puzzle is slower and has longer reach and some anti zoning tool
bio: Parado (パラド) is a former antagonist turned hero in the Kamen Rider Ex-Aid series. He is a Bugster executive alongside Graphite, whose main goal is to annihilate the human race. However, his true agenda is to enjoy fighting his Bugster host Emu Hojo due to the original purpose of his existence, all while hating humanity for being a prideful race.
He later utilizes the Gashat Gear Dual to transform into Kamen Rider Para-DX (仮面ライダーパラドクス Kamen Raidā Paradokusu, lit. Paradox).

This Cell is good, but by "normal fighting" standards it is very unbalanced; For example, you can do an infinite combo with a Kamehameha.
But at the same time, being so unbalanced, you can have battles with other super powerful chars and that's fine. -

DAMN HOW MANY SLOTS? like ngl I know and I mean I KNOW I made some pretty heft big mugen rosters that's around 3k to even 9k but DAMN this one is HUGE
edit: I know its 36864 slots but even im convinced there isn't THAT much mugen chars out there, and if there was it would take forever actually.

"very unbalanced" well it's a OP edit and VBISON didn't say that's his edits are OP edits AT ALL. (also they got nothing to do with the MvC2 style)
